We decide what we want. What we want to do. Where we want to go and how we want to feel.
Then we subconsciously start self-sabotaging or ‘tapping’ because somewhere deep within you there is a reason that you don’t feel like you deserve it, that you don’t feel worthy.
It’s often not intentional but once you become aware of how you’re tapping, you can’t unsee it. You see what you’re doing to yourself and how it stops you from achieving your goal. There’s a part of you that doesn’t want to achieve the goal and there’s a part of you that the goal IS to fail.
This is what we work with our clients with our individual coaching sessions because we are designed to self-sabotage at every new level of life and once you start to see it, you can start to do something about it, and then you can start to correct the behavior and not let it stop you from achieving those dreams you have in life.
